ATXfleetOS ("ATXfleetOS," "we," "us") operates this website from Romeoville, Illinois. These terms cover the marketing website only. Use of the ATXfleetOS application and services (app.atxfleetos.com and customer subdomains) is governed by the separate written agreements between ATXfleetOS and its customers — not by this page.

Everything on this site — feature descriptions, screenshots, integrations, and pricing — is provided for general information and may change at any time without notice. Published prices are starting points, not a binding offer: final pricing and terms for the ATXfleetOS service are set in the agreement you sign or accept when you become a customer. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, safety, or regulatory-compliance advice.
3. Our content and trademarks
The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, page designs, and code — belongs to ATXfleetOS and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the site for your own business evaluation and informational purposes. ATXfleetOS™ (also styled ATXFleetOS™) and the ATXfleetOS logo are trademarks of ATXfleetOS. Samsara, Google Workspace, Shopmonkey, BigShop, and other third-party names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them only to identify the products our platform works with, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of ATXfleetOS.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the site (good-faith search-engine indexing that honors our robots.txt is fine)
- Submit false, misleading, or automated entries through the demo-request form
- Probe, scan, or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without written authorization
- Interfere with the site's operation, including load attacks or circumvention of rate limits
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
5. Demo-request submissions
When you submit the demo form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to provide it on behalf of your company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATXfleetOS and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of this website, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Claims relating to the ATXfleetOS service itself are governed exclusively by the applicable customer agreement, not by this paragraph.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
9. Your responsibility
If your violation of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against ATXfleetOS, you agree to indemnify us for the losses and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, that result from your violation.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Will County, Illinois, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; changes apply from posting. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and ATXfleetOS regarding use of this website. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
